These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TickAudit dashboard, mobile application, and associated services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over to accept these terms.

User Rights & Licence

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the TickAudit application for audit and inspection purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

  • Share accounts or transfer access to third parties
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or fraudulent activities
  • Harvest data or interfere with system security
  • Create competing products based on the service

You remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to us immediately.

Data & Privacy

We collect technical device data and location information (which you can disable in your device settings). All personal data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

Service Modifications

  • Automatic app updates may occur; we encourage you to install them promptly
  • Service changes require 30 days’ advance notice via email or SMS
  • Declining updates may result in service discontinuation

Intellectual Property

All rights to the application, documentation, and services belong to TickAudit Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership or any intellectual property rights in the service.

Limitation of Liability

TickAudit Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish and English courts.
